Welcome to Static Shift Racing! By downloading, accessing, or playing Static Shift Racing (hereafter may also be referred to as “the Game”, “SSR”, “app”, or “application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game.
Timbo Jimbo Pty Ltd (“We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Timbo Jimbo”) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Game.
Static Shift Racing is available to players of all ages. If you are under 13 years of age, you may play the Game, but some features may be limited to protect your privacy and safety in line with laws such as COPPA. Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise their child’s gameplay and help them understand these Terms.

The Game may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by local law. If you are a minor, ensure you have the appropriate permission from a parent or guardian before making purchases.
We may update the Game or its content at any time, including adding or removing features. Access to certain parts of the Game may be temporarily or permanently restricted at our discretion.
All content in Static Shift Racing—including, but not limited to, graphics, logos, audio, and code—is owned by Timbo Jimbo or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not use Our intellectual property without Our prior written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game if you violate these Terms or engage in behaviour We consider harmful to the community or the Game.
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties or guarantees regarding performance, availability, or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, Timbo Jimbo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of—or inability to use—the Game.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria in the event of any dispute.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
